What we implemented
Multi-stop trip and route management, proof-of-delivery capture linked to invoicing, and lane/weight/customer freight rate masters — with vehicle-wise profitability rolled up from fuel, maintenance and toll costs.
The result
Fleet efficiency rose 40% — the same trucks now run 40% more deliveries. On-time delivery climbed from 72% to 98%, fuel costs fell 30%, and POD collection dropped from 3–5 days to under 24 hours.
