The starting point
A ₹50 Cr knitwear manufacturer ran production on spreadsheets: separate files for yarn stock, dyeing schedules and order tracking that never agreed with each other. Stockouts and overproduction were routine.
What we implemented
The 60-day Standard track: full-suite ERPNext with the textile vertical pack — GSM tracking on every fabric lot, colour/size variant matrices, and stage-wise costing across knitting, dyeing, cutting and stitching.
The result
Inventory accuracy reached 98% within the first quarter. On-time delivery rose from 65% to 95%. The CEO called it the best business decision of the last five years — and the numbers backed him up within four months.
